What should be considered when select a linear actuator ?

1. Working Environment
TOUGH is always the keyword when we are talking about the industrial actuators in the terms of:
* Temperature
* Humidity/ raining/ high pressure washing
* Dust
* Chemical Stress
* Vibration/ Shock

2. Load Capacity
* Push force & Pull force
* Dynamic load & Static load

3. Stroke Length
Theoretically, the stroke length can be as long as you wish, just like the 'Golden Cudgel' of our Monkey King.
However, the longer stroke brings less load capacity which is a tradeoff we should decide.

4. Installation Size
Usually we take the distance between the holes center at both mounting ends as the installation size.

5. Travel Speed
Reading the chart of each model, you can find there are some speed options from low to high, but there is on each other. It could be a tradeoff.

6. Signal Feedback
If work with programmable controller set, the integrated hall effect sensor should be required.

7. Working Frequency
It is a very importing but always being missed.
Most of our actuators are driven by the brushed DC motor which is designed for the low working frequency like dozens of cycles per day.
